Ice King

Ancient ruler of a land of polluted ice. Once he was able to control each crystal in a vast kingdom of pristine ice, but now his abilities are wreaked by the plastics and other pollutants befouling his shrunken domain.

After losing his war against and ancient raise of mer-people, the ice king is buried beneath a mountain of ice, the entrance sealed by the sacrifice of a young mermaid, her frozen form keeping his entombed. But now the ice has melted, and he wakes alone, his foes, as well as his armies, long vanished.
